All online forms are submitted securely using encrypted connections. Once your real estate intake form has been submitted, our office will review the information and open a file. If any additional information or clarification is required, a member of our staff will contact you.



Retainers In most matters, a retainer is required before work can begin. Sale-only transactions do not require a retainer. Our office will confirm whether a retainer applies to your file after reviewing your submission.
