Use this form when buying property as an individual (not a corporation) and there is no connected sale. This includes situations where our office is preparing the purchase contract. If there is a connected sale, please use the Purchase with Sale form instead. If you are purchasing as a corporation, please use the
Purchase (Corporations) form instead.
